Dr. Jorn Dyerberg is one of the world's pioneers in research and discovery of the importance of omega-3 fatty acids. 

Dr. Dyerberg was born in Denmark.  He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Aarhus in 1964 followed by a Doctor of Science from The University of Aarhus in 1973.  

Dr. Dyerberg pioneered research into omega-3 fatty acids by studying the Greenland Eskimo in the early 1970's.
