Interviewer: Knowing what we know then about the subconscious and how it relates to our physical health, can we make ourselves healthier? Can we prevent disease? Can we, maybe down the road, cure certain diseases? Are we able tap into that and use that?
Dr. Darren Weissman: Yes. Yes. Yes, 100%. Part of the question that you just asked was missing something. And part of the question that was missing something is will we be able to cure certain diseases?
It's so important just to go back a second and go wait a second. I don't orchestrate my body, my subconscious mind does.
The healing and the curing is just an actual component of the body. It just knows how to do that. When it's not lining up it's a subconscious pattern.
So at some point what we'll discover is that in any situation, no matter what's going on, I can process the emotion in the present moment. And when I can process the emotion in the moment, sadness, anger, low self esteem, rage, whatever it might be. Joy, love, fabulousness.
If I can process emotion and the present moment then my body will not speak to me in the headachey, immune, anxiety kind of way.
Interviewer: Yeah.
Dr. Darren Weissman: It doesn't mean I won't have fear, pain or stress. Pain fear and stresses an actual part of life. We have to have that.
Interviewer: Sure.
Dr. Darren Weissman: It helps us to create healthy boundaries and be discerning in a moment as far as what does resonate, or what doesn't.
Interviewer: Sure. Yeah.

Is it possible? Dr. Darren Weissman says it is. He said the subconscious already knows how to heal the body. But we might be able to do even more when it comes to prevention, if we are able to understand a few things about the subconscious mind.
